Facts and objective reality are labeled as mis/disinformation in today's society.  According to internet research both misinformation and disinformation involve the dissemination of false information.  The difference they say is that disinformation is maliciously deceptive.  You might post a story that you think is true but later find out that it's not.  That would be an example of misinformation.  #protectyourself

There is a powerful very vocal part of our society that lives for and thrives on disinformation disguised as information.
