A diligent leader in this situation would evaluate all possible candidates and resumes to find the best possible person for the position. Let's get back to OCRT. So, to summarize, to hire based solely on race is illegal as it should be. No one person on planet Earth is the representative for his/her/blip/blop/errrr + race. Each human being is an individual. Joe Biden, OJ Simpson, and El Chapo don't represent their respective races. Saying that you are only going to hire from a specific race and a specific gender is not at all affirming to the person that is hired. If you had any intelligence whatsoever and the programmed agenda fed to you by your overlords required you to hire a specific race and gender, you should open the process to everyone, and then hire who you are told to hire. #thepatinaoffairness
Does proclaiming that you are going to hire a gender fluid creature from the BIUOC (black and indigenous unicorns of color) community help that community?
